This is my go to dipping sauce for all my dumplings! It's savory, spicy, and has a bit of tanginess for the chinese black vinegar to balance out the soy sauce and chili oil.

Ingredients
1tbspsoy sauce
1tbspChinese black vinegar Chinkiang vinegar
1tbspchili oil
1/2tbspsesame seeds
1scallionfinely chopped
1/4tspsugaroptional

Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, chinese black vinegar, chili oil, sesame seeds and chopped scallion. Serve with your favorite dumplings and enjoy!

Adjust the sauce to your preference - The beauty of this recipe is that it can be exactly customized to your liking! If you want it more salty - add more soy sauce. If you want it spicier - add more chili oil. If you want it more tangy/sour - add more Chinese black vinegar.
