This is the perfect copycat Big Mac Sauce for burgers or sandwiches! I've tested many versions of this sauce based on the actual ingredients McDonald's uses and am so happy to share with you what I think is the perfect version! This recipe makes about 1 1/4 cup of sauce.
In a small mixing bowl, mix together distilled white vinegar, sugar, ground mustard, and salt . Mix well until the sugar, mustard, and salt have dissolved.
To the same bowl, add mayonnaise, relish, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, and tumeric. Mix together and let sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Notes
Whisk the sugar, ground mustard and salt into the vinegar first - these ingredients are most susceptible to clumping, so it's best to whisk them into the vinegar first to ensure that they are mixed properly with the mayonnaise.Let the flavors meld for at least 10 minutes for best results! (This goes for all sauces!)Storage - Store Big Mac sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Do not leave this outside in room temperature - it will spoil! Use a clean utensil every time to avoid contamination.
