Instructions
I
n a metal or ceramic heat proof bowl, add garlic, ginger, salt and scallions.
In a medium saucepan, heat oil to 375F and carefully pour oil over the garlic, ginger, salt and scallion mixture. Mix and serve with chicken, dumplings, or noodles!
